This Expression of Interest (EOI) is being issued for the upcoming elections and the General Body Meeting (GBM) of the Resident Welfare Committee (RWC) in Phase-1, scheduled for the last week of August 2025. The proposed e-voting platform may also be utilized for future RWC elections and for voting on resolutions in GBMs of other RWCs within the Greenwoods Welfare Society (GWS), as well as for elections and GBMs of GWS itself. The upcoming election aims to elect the Executive Committee of the Resident Welfare Committee, comprising the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and three Executive Committee Members. The electoral college for this election consists of 274 voters.
